Project Overview

This project centers on creating an innovative consultancy website for Sulvalda Consultancy, a firm dedicated to sustainable and environmentally focused solutions. Collaborating with designer J. Skolnik and leveraging the technical expertise of alexXdesign, we aim to deliver a site that is both visually captivating, user-friendly and highly functional.

Objectives

Value Creation: Develop a platform that meets the needs of the target audience, with a focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness.
Usability: Ensure clear navigation and an attractive user interface.
Flexibility: Make the website modular, so it can be easily expanded based on user feedback and changing market needs.

Web Development & Design

· During MVP development, we quickly create a basic website with essential features to test, gather feedback and improve.

· We continuously update the website based on feedback to enhance user experience and add new features.

· After launch, we monitor performance and user behavior, making regular updates to keep the website current and effective.

Background: J. Skolnik, a longtime business associate we've worked with on several projects, reached out again seeking a capable engineer to turn graphic designs into a pixel-perfect website.

Conclusion

This successful sustainability consultancy project in the Netherlands used a LEAN approach from the beginning.
