A fast-growing SaaS startup needed a high-converting website that could:

Discovery & Research

The competitor audit involved analyzing competing SaaS platforms to understand their audience and what we're up against. User interviews helped us identify the core and target users.

Delivered User Personas, Journey Mapping, Information architecture.

Designing

Started with mapping and wireframes, then simplified workflows. Lo-fi prototypes were quickly turned into interactive HTML/CSS prototypes for testing. Accessibility and usability were checked. Once approved, a basic design system was developed.
